PROJECT STEPS:

  1. MEETING WITH THE CLIENT discussing the company’s work methods and organization, type of space – private residences, offices, points-of-sale, restaurants, hotels, etc. Total space the project will cover. Personalizing the style that will be used
  2. DRAFTING THE PRELIMINARY PLAN, Design and development of ideas
  3. CREATING THE PROJECT OUTLINE, work plan and overall direction by the architect and engineers together with interior designers. Drawing up of plans and taking of measurements (layout, installations, technical details and building solutions).

    Consulting and choice of exterior and interior materials at each step, lighting and furniture.

    Computer modeling: plans (elevations, floors, sections, and perspectives), Graphics and 3D designs.

  4. DRAWING UP THE BUDGET FOR THE PROJECT. Overall project budget (structural design, wall building work, study of facades, bathroom and plumbing, electricity, home theater, carpentry, furniture, and landscaping).
  5. SIGNING OF THE CONTRACT AND BUDGET APPROVAL
  6. WORKING MEETINGS WITH THE CLIENT
  7. PROJECT EXECUTION that will include visual documentation, technical specifications and a detailed estimate
  8. APPROVAL by the client
  9. PROJECT COMPLETION with continual follow-up by the direction of the project
